The Reason to Remove Runescroll of Brilliance from 3.2.2 PTRs

Blizzard has the opinion that Fort, Kings and perhaps Gift are the near-mandatory buffs. Without them, it may be hard for a team to win a 10-player heroic, let alone getting WoW EU Gold.

But when you get in Arcane Int, you need to consider Spirit and Shadow Protection and whatever. Blizzard didn't want to create a dozen or more new scrolls. They would rather you have players than scrolls. But they recognize that you don't always have that much flexibility in a 10-player run. The remove will bring another challenging WoW Gold fighting journey.

Reasons to Cancel 2v2 Arenas

First, the 2s comp mainly depends on sticking the most abilities into one class. Really well-rounded classes with lots of offense and defense tended to dominate simply because you have fewer people in which to package everything you need.

Second, the position of healers needs to be balanced. If a healer can keep themselves and one other player alive, then they are hopeless in 3s. If a healer can keep themselves and two other players alive, then they are overpowered in 2s. By the time you get to 5s, game develpers think other factors come into play so it matters less that the dps to healer ratio is the same. It will not be very useful for you to get World of Warcraft Gold or honors.

Third, Blizzard thinks that the matches with more players will be more fantastic, and the effect will be better to pay more attention to them. If you only want to play 2s, they are still around. They just don't offer the best rewards so perhaps the players most focused on balance won't obsess with two vs. two balance. Players can choose the any kind of fight to go on their journey for WoW Money and WoW Power Leveling.

Avoidance in Cataclysm

Blizzard reminds players that:

If your avoidance is 20% in say the second raid tier, then it might be 10% or less when you're running your first heroic at 85.
If on the other hand, your avoidance is closer to 15% at 85, then the diminishing returns going from 15% to 20% are going to be so brutal that players might just give up and use other stats.
If avoidance is 20% in both the first tier and last tier, then you also have DR problems and in fact don't really feel like you are improving by acquiring more gear at all.

Avoidance Problem between Sunwell and WotLK

Blizzard really has fixed it. But they made three changes that undid some of that effort.

Glyphs: Just inflated player power for almost no cost.
Improved A Lot of Talents: For tanks, Prot and Prot became more streamlined, allowing you to get more survivability at much less cost.
Item Level: They jumped the item level more than we originally intended in order to provide a nice jump from blues to Naxx and particularly to offer hard modes in Ulduar and beyond.

May the changes of WoW are not you like, but it is sure that Blizzard always trying to provide players better and better game experience. World of Warcraft is still moving forward! Let's fight, for Gold WoW, for the highest level.
