In a guild in World of Warcraft, what commonly causes conflicts is the item disputes. If players all want a same item like WOW GOLD in a party, they may become greedy and fight for the same item. Create rules, and make them public as to how guild members should respond to this situation. You can also refer them to the guild leaders to help determine what should be done.

Otherwise, the other result that item disputes can explode is the huge fights with people taking sides. A good thing to remember is the “/random” command. You can type “/random 1 100″ to generate a random number between 1 and 100. Then the one who gets the highest number wins the item. It is commonly used to decide who gets an item purchased by multiple people in WOW game.
