Ncsoft has won the awards in the Digital Media Awards: South (DiMA:S) for 'Outstanding Digital Design' for its Discover Lineage II website. Discover Lineage II was designed to introduce new players into the epic Lineage II universe.

Discover Lineage II has two qualities associated with the lineage II game world. It was nominated in the recognition of its high impact and engaging design couple with an immersive, interactive experience. Rather than focusing on mechanical game features, the site serves to present the unique selling points of the game within a familiar environment: an interactive storybook. In doing so, the site appeals to a broader gaming audience, and further reinforces NCsoft's commitment to developing a more accessible game experience.
