None of the nerfs is groundbreaking or will substantially change the fights. You just can change a little if you don’t spend your time to train your characters. If you do wow quests and instance day and night, and communicate with your wow friends, I think you will be a successful fighting player. They are more in the nature of quality of life adjustments. Most of the nerfs, like the ones to Deathbringer Saurfang and Festergut, are designed to limit the impact of RNG on players' success.
The nerf to Rotface may be the only one that is 'unnecessary' depending on your perspective. Managing mutated infections, and the resulting oozes is the main gimmick of the fight. This will make it much easier for players to deal with the oozes and may trivialize the encounter depending on exactly how much they adjusted the time between infections. The changes to Valithria Dreamwalker and Sindragosa will give healers a sigh of relief, as they will no longer have to have luck in addition to good hand-eye and fast reflexes to keep their healing buff stacks up on the Dreamwalker encounter, or wait 8 seconds when afflicted with Instability before their next cast!
