Here we are going to introduced abilities of Vaelastra and how to defeat it. Therefore, players are able to wonderful rewards, such as WoW currency (copper, silver and WoW gold), items, equipments and experience (WoW power leveling).
Abilities of Vaelastrasz
If WoW players hope to gain World of Warcraft gold easily, you should understand the abilities of Vaelastrasz. Read the following article, you will know more knowledge of Vaelastrasz!
Essence of the Red: This debuff is cast on the raid at the beginning of the encounter and lasts for three minutes. Restores 500 Mana per second to mana users. Restores 50 Energy per second to Rogues and Cat Form Druids. Generates 20 Rage per second for Warriors and Bear Form Druids. It essentially means players have infinite mana/rage/energy for the fight.
Fire Nova: Inflicts 555-645 Fire damage to nearby enemies. Fire resistance is a must in order for healers to keep the raid alive.
Flame Breath: Inflicts 3,500 to 4,500 Fire damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster. Must be directed away from the raid by the main tank (MT). Every Flame Breath applies a stacking debuff (also called Flame Breath) that ticks for 1,000 fire damage every few seconds. It's maximum level, which is always reached by the time the MT is burning, ticks for 4,600 damage. This debuff plays a huge role. If you have taken a huge damage, you need help from your members. In this way, you are possible to gain rewards including WoW gold and experience after you have defeated Vaelastrasz.
Cleave: Cleave attack that hits for 2,000. This is a chain cleave, so if positioning is poor it can chain to the entire raid, even to behind him.
Burning Adrenaline: Damage done increased by 100%. Attack speed increased by 100%. Spells become instant cast. Reduces max health by 5% every second; eventually causes player to die. Vaelastrasz only casts Burning Adrenaline in two scenarios: He will cast it on random mana users throughout the fight and he will cast it on the current tank every 45 seconds. When the MT is afflicted, healers must be ready to transition to the next tank while keeping the old one up at the same time until the debuff kills him. Thus, the fight requires four tanks in a threat-building queue. When mana-using raid members are afflicted, they must move away to a designated area or bomb the raid with a 4,376 to 5,624 AoE blast. Non mana users will not be afflicted unless they are currently tanking Vaelastrasz.
Tail Sweep: Knocks back players standing too close to his tail.Vaelastrasz the Corrupt is the second boss in Blackwing Lair, a 40-man raid instance dungeon in World of Warcraft. Vaelastrasz is an elder dragon of the Red Dragonflight who sought to defeat Nefarian himself, but succumbed to the black dragon's corruption and is now driven by madness to slay those heroes whom he previously helped.
Vaelastrasz makes an appearance in shade form in upper Blackrock Spire during the Rend encounter if a player uses their Seal of Ascension on the corpse of Rend's chromatic mount, Gyth, in which he verbally threatens Nefarian, heals the raid, and assists in killing Rend. Strategy of Vaelastrasz
The encounter begins when a member of the raid group talks with Vael. After a short conversation, in which Vael attempts to convince the raid to flee, the battle begins. At the very beginning of the battle, Vael applies a 'buff' on all members of the raid group called 'Mark of the Red'. For the next 3 minutes, this buff greatly increases the mana/rage/energy regeneration rates of all raid members (the regeneration is so fast that no raid member ever need to worry about having enough mana/rage/energy). This buff is significant because there is no way to win without it. Before you go to this raid, you should prepare many goods including WoW money which can help you finish it fast and easily.
Vael starts the fight with only 30% of his total health, however, even at 30% Vael has an amount of hitpoints similar to most of the bosses near the end of the instance. The key to victory is to burn down Vael's health as fast as possible before the buff expires. Complicating this fight is the fact that every 15-20 seconds, Vael casts a 'debuff' on a member of the raid called 'Burning Adrenaline'. This debuff causes the raid member's total health to decrease by 50% every two seconds. Even if constantly healed, that player's health will continue to decline until they have no more health and die. A side-effect of this debuff is that all time-delayed spells become 'instant cast' spells. In addition, if the player with the debuff should die before their health is fully consumed (i.e. killed by one of Vael's attacks) they will 'detonate', doing a significant amount of fire damage around them. Other than this debuff, Vael's attacks consist primarily of a constant low damage fire blast that hits for several hundred health as well as a flame breath attack that can place a DoT (damage over time) debuff on the afflicted players. He also has a powerful cleave attack that is capable of landing a 'crushing blow', that can kill even the most heavily armored warrior in one hit.
