World of Warcraft dropped an urgent Patch 3.2.0a on Wednesday. It didn't drop with prior notice or on a Tuesday as the usually case, but it is still an important update. Various client issues have been present since the release of patch 3.2, and these issues also had negative influence on the gameplay including the WoW gold farming experience. Though small in size, Patch 3.2.0a is developed to fix these specific issues.
All realms were down when Blizzard was releasing this minor bug fix patch to version 3.2.0a. But up to 3 PM PDT August 19th, the update has been successfully applied, and all realms are back online. Players only take a small download to update the game client. Issues addressed with this patch are:
*Fixed an exploit players were using with / commands
*Fixed a performance issue with players logging into the game
*Fixed an issue with Mac clients freezing near water
*Fixed a crash Mac clients were experiencing with shadows on Fixed Function cards
*Fixed an art issue with Freya Hard Mode where the light beams were visually too hard to see
*Fixed an issue with Loaner mounts requiring Cold Weather Flying
Most WoW players especially Mac users should be pleased about Patch 3.2.0a. But these are still complains about some unfixed issues and patch download problems.
